Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8u88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8u88 website, games, betting markets, promotions and all associated services. 2. Account Registration and Verification

• Accurate Information.You must provide your real name, valid contact details and a genuine mobile number currently active in Bangladesh when registering. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
• KYC Verification.8u88 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided.
• Account Security.You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. • Account Closure.You may request closure of your 8u88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completed KYC and wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. 8u88 also reserves the right to close any account that breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8u88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.

• Deposit Methods.8u88 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and supported bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and City Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Processing.Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

5. Responsible Gaming
